The Abyss Corridor is all about making the most of a very short farming window. Unlike normal PvE content, there is little room for slow pulls, unnecessary movement, or long single-target fights. The current version uses a solo entry with a short session, while monster kills provide increased Kina and Abyss Points.
That makes the Corridor less about endurance and more about how efficiently you can turn every second into kills.
Check the Corridor Before You Enter
The first step is not combat. Check whether your faction currently has access to the Corridor through the relevant Artifact.
Artifact control determines when the Corridor is available, so there is little reason to sit inside the Abyss waiting for an entrance that is not active.
Before entering, make sure:
- Your best farming equipment is equipped.
- Your AoE skills are ready.
- Your recovery tools are available.
- Your inventory has enough space.
- Your preferred skill setup is already active.
Once the portal is open, you want to enter and start fighting immediately.
Pick the Right Room for Your Class
Not every class clears the Corridor in exactly the same way.
Classes with strong AoE can group several enemies and maintain a very high kill rate. Ranged classes can also benefit from being able to attack multiple targets without constantly repositioning.
Melee characters have a different challenge. They need to stay close enough to maintain their attacks while avoiding unnecessary movement between targets.
The best room is therefore the one that allows your particular build to keep hitting multiple enemies consistently.
Forget the Boss Rotation
The Corridor is not the place to use a slow single-target rotation designed for bosses.
Your priority should be:
Multiple targets → AoE skills → short cooldowns → continuous movement
Use your strongest area attacks when several enemies are within range. If a skill has a long cooldown but only hits one target, saving it for a larger group may produce better results.
The objective is not to make every individual enemy die as quickly as possible. The objective is to increase the number of enemies defeated before the timer ends.
Keep Moving, But Do Not Overmove
Movement is one of the easiest places to lose efficiency.
Running across the entire room for one enemy wastes time. At the same time, standing in one position while several untouched enemies remain nearby is also inefficient.
Try to fight from a central position whenever possible. Pull nearby enemies into your AoE range and continue attacking while moving toward the next group.
A good rhythm looks like:
- Find a dense group.
- Pull nearby targets.
- Use AoE attacks.
- Finish remaining enemies.
- Move immediately toward the next group.
- Repeat until the timer ends.
- Manage Your Resources Around the Timer
Do not save every major cooldown for the final seconds.
You only have a short window, so abilities that can be used more than once should generally be used as soon as they provide meaningful value.
The same principle applies to consumables and gear. If a small investment in equipment or consumables noticeably improves your clear speed, it can be worthwhile. Saving too much Aion 2 Kinah while losing kills every run can be less efficient than spending a reasonable amount to improve your farming setup.
What Makes a Good Corridor Build?
You do not need a completely separate character build, but your farming setup should prioritize clear speed over boss damage.
Useful characteristics include:
- Reliable AoE damage
- Short or manageable cooldowns
- Fast resource generation
- Good mobility
- Enough survivability to avoid stopping
- Skills that can hit multiple enemies at once
A build that deals slightly less damage to one target can still perform better if it clears groups faster.
Track Kills Instead of Damage Numbers
Damage numbers can be misleading.
A powerful attack that produces a huge number against one enemy does not necessarily make your Corridor run better. What matters is how many enemies you defeat during the entire session.
After several runs, compare your results and look for patterns:
- Which room gives you the best clear speed?
- Which skill causes the most downtime?
- Where do you spend the most time moving?
- Which enemies survive your AoE?
- Are you waiting for cooldowns?
Small adjustments can improve the final result without requiring major gear upgrades.
Do Not Waste Time on Inventory Management
The Corridor is too short to spend valuable seconds checking every drop.
Prepare your inventory before entering and deal with unnecessary items afterward. If your inventory is nearly full, clear it before starting another run.
The same applies to equipment changes. Decide on your setup before entering rather than switching between builds after the timer has started.
Use the Abyss for More Than AP
The Corridor is mainly attractive because of its concentrated Abyss Point income, but the updated version also increases Kina rewards from monster kills.
That makes efficient clear speed useful for more than just your Abyss progression. Players who regularly participate in the Abyss can turn these short sessions into a steady source of both progression and currency.
If your goal is simply to accelerate overall progression, Aion 2 Boosting may also be an option, but learning a repeatable Corridor route is still valuable because it lets you get more from every available access window.
The best Abyss Corridor runs are built around efficiency rather than complicated mechanics. Enter as soon as access is available, choose a room that fits your class, group enemies whenever possible, and keep your AoE rotation moving from one pack to the next.
Do not chase individual enemies across the room or waste the timer checking loot. Once the run begins, every decision should answer one question: does this help me kill more enemies before the timer ends?
That mindset is what turns a short Corridor session into consistent Abyss Point farming.
